Man shot to death after scuffle in southwest Oklahoma City

The Associated Press

OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) — Authorities are investigating after a man was found shot to death in southwest Oklahoma City.

Police responded Thursday to a shooting and discovered 20-year-old Antonio Pereya shot to death.

Oklahoma City police say Pereya apparently got into a fight with another 20-year-old man. Police say both men were armed and Pereya was shot and killed during the scuffle.

Police say the second man has not yet been arrested and prosecutors are reviewing whether any charges should be filed.

Pereya’s death is the 81st homicide so far this year in Oklahoma City.
