Evening is a rare time for career fairs and will allow anyone currently occupied during the day to attend. Many people may want to attend job fairs because they are underemployed, but cannot get time out of work to do so according to Lt. Col. Warren Griffis, the Oklahoma National Guard ECP Director.

"Career fairs are an excellent way for job seekers to interact with potential employers on a personal level," Griffis said. "It presents a much more relaxed environment than a job interview and gives the employer a face to go with the many names submitted on job applications."

Employers and job seekers with question about the event may contact the ONGECP at 475-1996 or 475-1997.
