Sitel hiring more than 400 positions in Norman

NORMAN — Sitel announced Friday it is adding new business to its customer care call center in Norman. The call center has begun a recruitment drive to hire 400-plus new associates over the next several months. The newly hired Norman associates will provide high-quality customer support via inbound calls.

“Our site is growing again as a result of our commitment to hiring outstanding employees who are dedicated to providing excellent service to our customers and partners. This level of dedication to service is allowing us the opportunity to hire many qualified customer service professionals to start work as early as December 31. Not only is this great news for our site but it will also have a positive impact on the Norman community,” said Tonya Gates, site director of Sitel’s Norman facility.

In its effort to recruit new employees, Sitel is hosting onsite job fairs on Monday and Tuesday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 5 to 7 p.m. at the company’s facility at 2701 Technology Place.
