Published January 28, 2009 06:56 pm - While the sleet and freezing rain have passed, the mess they left behind will keep local students out of school for yet another day. Norman Public Schools once again will be closed today for the third day in a row. Also cancelling classes today are the Moore, Noble, Washington, Robin Hill, Blanchard, Little Axe, Purcell and Lexington districts, as well as Community Christian School, Trinity Lutheran School and Children's House Montessori. Both of Moore-Norman Technology Center's campuses are closed as well, as they have been since Monday afternoon. The University of Oklahoma has announced that its classes will resume Thursday.
