Five single-family residential unit applications were submitted valued at $933,790 with an average value of $186,758.

Five single-family addition/alteration applications were submitted valued at $450,000.

One single-family permit was submitted to replace a wild fire damaged house at 14041 Bridge Creek Dr. with a value of $171,270. Only $4 was charged.
