Eleven single-family residential unit permits were issued valued at $1,784,450 with an average value of $162,223.

Twenty-Six single-family addition/alteration permits were issued valued at $316,298.

Two single-family residential unit applications were submitted valued at $722,000 with an average value of $361,000.

Two single-family addition/alteration applications were submitted valued at $103,000

Two demo applications were submitted to demolish houses at 2013 W. Franklin Rd. and 3831 Timberidge Dr.
