Assistance offered by Workplace Fairness

NORMAN — For those who have been treated unfairly in the workplace, Workplace Fairness is an organization that can help. It’s also an organization that advocates for and promotes employee rights.

Workplace Fairness is a nonprofit organization working to preserve and promote employee rights. The Workplace Fairness website, www.workplacefairness.org, provides comprehensive information about job rights and employment issues nationally and in all 50 states. It is for workers, employers, advocates, policymakers, journalists and anyone else who wants to understand, protect and strengthen workers’ rights.

Resources for help and information for workplace rights in all 50 states, plus job survival tips are just some of the many things available. Information on a wide range of workplace issues and organizations nationwide advocating for workers can be found throughout the Workplace Fairness website. Such topics as hiring, discrimination, harassment, pay & hours, leaves, privacy, health & safety, injuries/illness, whistleblowing and retaliation, unions, termination, worker types and unemployment are available on Workplace Fairness.
