One single-family permit was issued to replace a wild fire damaged storage building at 13801 Bridge Creek Dr. with a value of $60,000.

Ten single-family residential unit permits were submitted valued at $1,937,580 with an average value of $193,758.

Five single-family addition/alteration permits were submitted valued at $384,500.
