Ten single-family residential unit applications were submitted valued at $1,970,210 with average value of $197,021.

One single-family permit was submitted to replace a wild fire damaged home at 13181 E. Cedar Ln. with a value of $200,000. Only $4.00 was charged.

Three single-family addition/alteration applications were submitted valued at $97,750.

One demo permit was submitted for demolition of a house at 427 Iowa St.
