Sunset Memorial Park Cemetery, 2301 E Indian Hills Road, has been improving facilities to better service customers. The renovation includes a new entrance, additional office space and a completely refurbished chapel. The cemetery has remained open during the renovation; however, the offices may be closed. OSU to get funding
Secretary of Labor Thomas E. Perez today announced $474.5 million in grants to community colleges and universities around the country for the development and expansion of innovative training programs in partnership with local employers. The grants are part of the Trade Adjustment Assistance Community College and Career Training grant program, a multiyear, nearly $2 billion initiative to expand targeted training programs for unemployed workers. Oklahoma will receive more than $4.4 million in grant funding to support skills training capacity building at the Oklahoma State University Institute of Technology.
