— Camps
•North offers volleyball camp
Norman North is offering the Timberwolves Volleyball Camp Monday-Friday. The camps will feature basic fundamentals, individual skill training for setting, passing, serving and hitting and camp T-shirts.
Each day the camp will run from Noon to 3:30 p.m. at Norman North. Cost is $100 for each camper. It’s open for third through eighth graders.
Reservations can be made by mailing a $25 deposit or the full payment of $100 to Karin Ream at 1809 Stubberman Ave. Norman, 73069.
•T-Wolves on the diamond
Norman North High School will host the 5th Annual Norman All-Star Baseball Camps Monday-Saturday. The first camp is for ages 8 and up and will run from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Monday-Friday. Cost is $140, which includes lunch.
Camp No. 2 will be for ages 8 and under will be held Thursday-Saturday from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. Cost is $60. For more information contact coach Brian Aylor at 517-7727 or by e-mail at baylor@norman.k12.ok.us.
•Tigers camp on tap
The Norman Tiger Hoops Camp will be held at Norman High School on Monday-Thursday. Individual instruction camp for third through sixth grade will be in the mornings from 9 a.m.to noon while camp for seventh through ninth graders will be held from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.. the shooting camp will be held the following week, June 8-11. It runs from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m, for any student in grades third through ninth.

•North hoop camps
The Norman North boys basketball camp will run from 8:30 a.m.- 11:30 a.m. June 8-12 and from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. June 15-18. Walk-in enrollment starts at 8 a.m.
The first week is the day camp and the second week is a shooting camp.
Cost is $75 for either a single session or $130 for both combined sessions. Enrollment forms can be picked up at North. For additional information contact Butch Roberts at 360-6032 or 650-8169.

•Lady T-Wolves host camp
The Norman North girls basketball summer camp will run from 8:30 a.m.- 11:30 a.m. Monday-Thursday at Norman North. North coach Jeff Blough will focus the camp on teaching fundamentals of passing, ball handling, shooting form, technique, defense and developing a love for the game.
Cost is $70. Those who enroll by May 22 will receive a T-shirt. Enrollment forms can be picked up at North. For additional information contact Blough at 413-9336.

•SaberCat camp is next month
The Southmoore Lady SaberCat Basketball Camp is set for 9 a.m. to noon Monday-Friday at the Southmoore High gymnasium.
SaberCat coach Mark Harmon and his staff will teach girls in sixth through ninth grades to improve ball handling skills, overall basketball fundamentals on offense and defense with individual instruction. Cost for each camper is $75. That includes T-shirt and prizes that will be awarded through competitive activities.

•Baseball camp up next
Southmoore’s baseball camps will be held June 15-19. It is open to players ages 6-14 in grades 2-7. The daily sessions will run from 8:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. each day. Cost is $70 and includes a T-shirt. For more information, contact baseball coach Shannon Enfield at 514-4900 or coachenfield@cox.net.
Cycling
• Weekly rides set
The Bicycle League of Norman’s weekly rides have started back up. The Tuesday night rides begin at 6:30 p.m. at Brookhaven Village. Thursday night rides begin at 6 p.m. at Reaves Park. The club’s Norman Conquest is set for July 18.
