NORMAN — The Oklahoma City Division of the FBI is investigating a Tuesday morning robbery of the OU Federal Credit Union, 2000 W. Lindsey St.
Around 10 a.m., investigators said a black male entered the credit union, approached the teller counter and gave the teller a note stating, “This was a robbery” and demanding money, a press release said Tuesday.
The note indicated the subject had a gun and the teller complied with the demand. The subject then placed the money in a white, plastic grocery bag and departed on foot with an undisclosed amount of money, the release said.
No one was injured during the robbery.
Surveillance photos and witness descriptions depict the subject as follows:
A black male, early 20s, around six feet tall, 185 pounds, wearing a neon yellow hoodie, dark pants and wearing headphones.
The robbery is being investigated by the FBI and the Norman Police Department.
