NORMAN — A short pursuit of a motorcyclist by Norman police motorcycle officers ended in the suspect crashing in the 600 block of Miller Avenue early Tuesday, police said.
Police Capt. Tom Easley said the pursuit, around 8:45 a.m., was in the area of Alameda Avenue and Miller Street, where the suspect crashed and fled on foot.
Officers apprehended the suspect, who was arrested and taken to the hospital. Details are pending from the investigating officer, who is in charge of the crash and arrest.
