Payne began punching the walls and doors. Payne then pulled the hair from one of the employee’s head, punched her in the face and then kicked her in the chin, the affidavit said.
Once confined in the room, Payne still was being violent and out of control, and as another employee attempted to restrain her, she bit his right wrist and spit on him, the document states.
Injuries to both victims were photographed by deputies, as well as the shirt that contained the spit.
Employee charged with selling alcohol to minor
A Das Boot Camp employee was charged Thursday for selling or furnishing alcohol to a minor.
Joshua Azzam Rehanek, 26, of Norman, also faces a misdemeanor charge of selling liquor without a license.
An underage confidential informant and an agent with the State of Oklahoma Alcoholic Beverage Laws Enforcement Commission were doing compliance checks in January when the underage informant ordered a drink from Rehanek, according to the affidavit filed with the charges.
Rehanek did not ask the informant for her identification or ask for her age and brought the drink to her, the affidavit said.
