NORMAN — A 10-year-old boy was almost medi-flighted out of Slaughterville after he crashed on his bicycle and sliced his leg in half, according to first responders.
The accident happened around 8:30 p.m. near 127th Street and Maguire Road. First responders said the boy was bleeding pretty badly and was cut to the bone, but no one was sure how the bicycle wreck happened.
The medi-flight was canceled about 10 minutes after responders arrived at the scene.
