NORMAN — As part of its ongoing search, the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children are asking help in locating two women who vanished from Norman 30 years ago.
Josephine and Joyce Cogburn, ages 15 and 16 at the time they went missing, initially were reported to law enforcement as runaways by an adult male family friend they had been staying with. Foul play is suspected.
Josephine was 5 feet 1 inches tall and weighed 128 pounds. She had brown hair and blue eyes.
Joyce was 5 feet 3 inches tall and weighed 116 pounds. She had blonde hair and brown eyes.
