Red and pink hatters from all over Oklahoma will band together at the third annual Oklahoma State Fair Red Hat Chapters Day Friday. Many activities are planned for the red and pink hat guests.

Guests may get active and kick up their heels at the "not just country line dancers at 9 a.m. and 1 p.m. The best chapter member may be entered into The Oklahoma State Fair Red/Pink Chapterette appreciation awards at 9:45 a.m. Organizers hope to make this an annual event.

The Red Hat game challenge is at 11 a.m. Michael Cooper with The Yellow Rose Theater will emcee the lunch time entertainment at the noon luncheon.

The best decorated hat will be judged at 11 a.m. with winners announced 12:45 p.m. in the Carriage Hall.

New this year are the toe tappin', handclappin' and do si dos dance at 1:45 p.m. and the chapter challenge championships at 3 p.m.

Red and pink hat good byes begin at 4 p.m. with final door prizes and last announcements. Carriage Hall closes at 4:30 p.m.
