Toys are displayed in the front window of Second Childhood Toys in Hasting, Minn. Store owner Barb Hollenbeck spent 11 years competing with big box retailers like Target, based in nearby Minneapolis, and said now her colleagues can show their knowledge and give parents more confidence in their purchases.
