NORMAN — Parent Fair
“Spring Into Health” with the Norman Public Library’s Parent Fair at 9 a.m. April 4 in the Lowry Room of the library, 225 N. Webster Ave.
Parents and their children are invited to learn more about a number of community organizations that will have booths and offer information about programs and opportunities.
The event is co-sponsored by the United Way of Norman and the library. Registration is not required.

The Norman Public Library will host “Little Read” with a storytime event at 2 p.m. April 6 in the Story Time Room of the library, 225 N. Webster Ave.
The day will be centered on the book “Saving Sweetness,” by Diane Stanley, and will feature activities for preschool or elementary-age children.
Copies of the book may be picked up before the program date at the Children’s Services Desk.
The event is a child-friendly offshoot of the Pioneer Library System’s annual PLS Big Read, whichs giving older readers a chance to learn more about Charles Portis’ novel “True Grit.”
Space for the program is limited, so registration is required.
