NORMAN — A garage sale honoring Jamison Watters will be from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Friday and Saturday at the Cleveland County Fairgrounds, Building G, 615 E. Robinson St.

All of the proceeds from the sale will be donated to pediatric oncology research projects via the Children’s Hospital Foundation in Oklahoma City. The event is being organized by the group Making Cents for Jamison.

Watters died on Oct. 23, 2009, after being diagnosed with acute lymphoblastic leukemia. He was 2 years old at the time of his death. The goal of Making Cents for Jamison is to raise $13,000 this year for Children’s Hospital Foundation.
