NORMAN — The Norman Public Library invites the community to celebrate with an evening of family activities at its annual Holiday Open House, set for 6 p.m. Dec. 7 at 225 N. Webster Ave.
The evening will feature holiday-themed books and movies, a chance to decorate a gingerbread house and more activities for all ages.
As part of the open house, the Pioneer Library System’s Virtual Library branch will host a Holiday eReader Workshop, which begins at 6 p.m. in the Lowry Room.
Participants will learn how to use the OverDrive media console used for the library’s downloadable resources. Participants who have an eReader are encouraged to bring it so they can get hands-on experience.
Registration is highly recommended for the eReader Workshop. Registration will not be required for the remainder of the activities at the open house.
