NORMAN — Those who are fighting cancer, survivors of cancer or those who have lost a battle to cancer will be honored during a balloon release at 6:30 p.m. in Little Axe before the 7:30 kickoff for the football game.
Those interested in participating in the release are asked to call Schelly at 579-2919 and give her information and names of those affected. The game also will be a pink-out game.
A spaghetti dinner to help raise money for cancer research will be hosted before the high school game from 4:30 to 6 p.m. today in the high school cafeteria. The cost is $5. Donation buckets also will be passed around at the game.
Win-Win Week pink-out shirts will be available at the high school football game today for $15.
