For the Transcript As part of its national More To Share? hunger-fighting program, Cargill Meat Solutions, producer of Honeysuckle White? turkey products, announced today that it will donate more than 116,000 pounds of turkey to help feed the hungry during the holidays. The donations are made in cooperation with Honeysuckle White? turkey's valued grocery partners in many markets to benefit food banks, soup kitchens and other hunger-fighting charities. Across America, charities and other organizations in 30 cities will benefit from the More To Share? program by receiving donated Honeysuckle White? turkeys this year. Nationwide, this year's donated turkeys will help feed about 400,000 people in need this holiday season. Oklahoma City, including Norman, will be one of the communities and receiving turkeys through the Salvation Army. The complete list of Communities and the agencies receiving donations this year are: Atlanta (Hosea Feed the Hungry and Homeless) Baltimore (Bea Gaddy Family Center) Boise, Idaho (Idaho Food Bank) Boston (Greater Boston Food Bank) Buffalo, N.Y. (Food Bank of Western New York) Cincinnati (Freestore Foodbank) Columbus, Ohio (Volunteers of America) Dallas (Salvation Army) Denver (Samaritan House) Detroit (Capuchin Soup Kitchen) Fort Worth, Tex. (Tarrant Area Food Bank)
