NORMAN — Cleveland County Treasurer Jim Reynolds and six deputy treasurers were honored at the County Treasurer’s Association of Oklahoma’s Annual School, recently hosted in Norman. The seven received certificates for completing various levels of the OSU County Training Program.

“Our office is greatly committed to providing the best service to the general public,” Reynolds said. “Being educated in our field of excellence is vital to this goal.”

Cleveland County’s seven certifications were the most produced of any office throughout the state.

Reynolds and 2nd Deputy Tammy Richards both achieved Advanced II Certification, the highest afforded. They are the first two to do so in Cleveland County.

Kim Jones received Advanced I Certification. Lori Kelleher, Kelly Butts, Melanie Casillas and Teresa Heard received Basic Certification.

“I am proud of each of our deputies who obtained certification this year, and am excited for those currently working to obtain theirs during the next year,” Reynolds said.
