NORMAN — County commissioners tabled three bids at a regular meeting Monday.
The first tabled bid was Bid No. HWY-1647, a four month non-encumbered contract for bulk oils, lubricants and antifreeze for the county commissioners.
The second tabled agenda item was Bid No. CA-1648, a contract for a qualified geographic information system consultant to provide a professional software suite and service to clean, analyze and share their data while using spatial analytics that will fully integrate with the current CAMA for the Cleveland County Assessor’s Office.
The last bid was Bid No. COM-1649, a purchase of one or more 2013 or newer dump trucks.
Commissioners approved several blanket purchase orders for District No. 3, the Commissioners Office and the Health Department.
They also approved purchase orders for payment of personal services, travel, maintenance and operation and capital outlay for Fiscal Year 2013-2014, including: general fund, $61,887; highway fund, $20,355; health fund, $259,161; sheriff commissary fund, $4,769; treasurer certification fee, $881; county clerk preservation fee, $11,471; and fair board fund, $612.
