NORMAN — President of

Home Inspection and Habitat

for Humanity

Phillip Graham, managing partner of Vanguard Property Inspectors, LLC, has taken on two leadership roles benefiting central Oklahoma. Graham is the 2013 president of Central Oklahoma Chapter of Oklahoma Residential and Commercial Inspection Association and 2013 president of Cleveland County Habitat for Humanity.

A long-time volunteer with Habitat, Graham performs all the property inspections for the Cleveland County affiliate.

“Giving back to your community through tithing and volunteerism is just one of the many ways to glorify God,” he said.

Graham recently attended the Habitat for Humanity International Conference of 2013 in Atlanta.

Vanguard, established in 2009, serves all 77 Oklahoma counties.

“So many rural areas don’t have a professional home inspector in their communities and I wanted to help them protect their hard-earned investment dollars when buying property,” Graham said.  “Being semi-retired, I also enjoy the chance to travel our great state and enjoy all it has to offer.”

Graham is committed to continuing the growth and value of ORCIA, the state professional organization for home and residential inspectors, formed in 1993.

“A strong state organization gives inspectors the opportunity to advocate for all Oklahomans who rely on our professionalism,” Graham said.
