One (1) demo permit was issued for interior demolition at 111 N. Peters Ave.

The following commercial addition/alteration, commercial foundation only, and commercial temporary building/construction trailer applications were submitted between March 6th and March 13th, 2013.

The Development Services Division staff hosted a symposium on March 13th, 2013 to discuss post tension foundation systems. The event was attended by approximately 35 individuals including builders, suppliers, product engineers, and structural engineers. The event was very informative for all involved!

Residential Activity – March 6th and March 13th, 2013.

Six single-family residential unit permits were issued valued at $1,000,000 with an average value of $166,667.

Thirty-Four single-family addition/alteration permits were issued valued at $611,792.

Five single-family residential unit applications were submitted valued at $479,000 with average value of $95,800.

Six single-family addition/alteration permits were submitted valued at $119,940.
