Childs Chiropractic receives Five Star Service award

NORMAN — Dr. Chuck M. Childs and Childs Chiropractic Wellness Center were honored with Integrity Management’s prestigious Five Star Quality Service Award.

The Five Star Quality Service Award was developed by Integrity Management as a means of promoting and publicizing superior chiropractic clinics that excel in patient treatment, customer service and professionalism.

Clinics must go through an extensive examination and are graded on things such as punctuality, patient communication, equipment, the quality of services provided and patient satisfaction in order to even qualify for the award. The Five Star Quality Service Award was established to provide a uniform grading system that rates quality in chiropractic clinics across the country.

Just as five star hotels are synonymous with quality service, five star clinics ensure patients they will receive quality care.

Childs Chiropractic was one of only a few clinics chosen among approximately 60,000 chiropractic clinics across the country to receive this distinction.

“The Five Star Quality Service Award is a great honor,” remarked Integrity Management’s CEO, Keith Maule. “We established a very strict criteria to qualify for this award and Childs Chiropractic excelled in every area. They are a great example to look to for quality care.”
