I do believe the Rock Creek bridge is a good idea. However, what will this transaction mean to community groups wanting to use the conference center for a small meeting? Will the cost for using the facility now be determined by the hotel? Will there be any provisions for free or reduced-cost use of the facilities, depending on the group?
