The holiday spirit

NORMAN — Editor, The Transcript:

I really love December

When holiday spirits start to tingle.

I love hearing Christmas carols,

‘Specially ones with bells that jingle.

Let’s put up the Christmas tree

With lights that gleam and glow.

Let’s make a wreathe of holly,

And don’t forget the mistletoe.

Then there’s that anticipation

That always fills me with good cheer.

Soon I’ll be hearing from those friends

Who always write me — once a year!

CAMILLE KAY BOGLE
