Regarding seat cushions: how can this be a hazard for other people when the person who brought it into the stadium is sitting on it? I guess my little foam cushion is too dangerous to provide my butt some comfort. And I’ve never seen a cushion or chair back with a storage compartment.
Let’s call it for what it is: All the university is wishing to do is force fans to rent weekly or by the season it’s money-making rentals. (By the way, have you seen the condition of the weekly seat cushions?) And to claim that seat cushions and chair backs brought into the stadium create possible hazards is laughable, while implying that theirs don’t?
Even though the fanny pack has been previously banned, I used mine to carry my medicines. Now I must cram them in my pants pocket.
C’mon, a fanny pack is not that big anyway; it’s smaller and easier to inspect than a 10” by 10” purse that they are allowing into the stadium. Since I’m a male, forgive me for wishing not to carry my medicines in a purse.
With all these changes, what’s next? The OU Gestapo going around making people sit up in a rigid posture and not allowing fans to stand up when there is a great play?
