NORMAN — Five individuals face drug charges in Cleveland County District Court after Oklahoma City police executed a search warrant for a home in Cleveland County.
All five individuals were listed as living at the Cleveland County home, 609 S.W. 163rd St., Oklahoma City. The individuals include Brittany Paige Morrison, 21; Kevin Davon Yocum, 48; Finis T. Yocum, 21; Wendy Dell Tynes, 43; and Tyler Thompson Tynes, 25.
It was the third search warrant executed on the residence with the occupants being the renters, according to the affidavit filed with charges on Thursday.
The group was charged with possession of controlled dangerous substances, maintaining a place for keeping or selling controlled substances and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia in concert and together with each other.
Morrison and Wendy Tynes face a charge of knowingly concealing stolen property in concert and together with each other. Tyler Tynes faces a charge of knowingly concealing stolen property, and Kevin Yocum faces an additional charge of possession of marijuana.
Finis Yocum is the only one of the group who does not face an additional charge.
Police found numerous needles and spoons, which contained field-tested positive heroin residue, throughout the common areas of the house. Officers also located 0.8 grams of marijuana determined to be Kevin Yocum’s, the affidavit states.
Also while searching, officers found a confirmed stolen credit card in the bedroom believed to be Tyler Tynes. A check book, later determined as stolen also was found in Brittany Morrison’s suitcase. A stolen wallet containing a Social Security card also was found in one of the individual’s vehicles outside the home, the affidavit states.
Tyler Tynes also has a history of criminal charges, including several second-degree burglary charges, first-degree burglary, aggravated assault and battery on an officer, possession of marijuana, possession or selling of drug paraphernalia, obtaining or attempt controlled drug fraud and receiving or concealing stolen property.
