NORMAN — Cleveland County officials on Monday appointed three residents to the Fair Board.
Members are Debra McCullough of District 1, Carol Doner of District 2 and Richard Peters, District 3.
Commissioners, in a brief meeting Monday, tabled the purchase of tires and tubes, road oils and a new command post trailer for the sheriff’s department.
Commissioners also authorized the sale of some stock acquired in a bankruptcy and approved an agreement for maintenance, repair and testing on the emergency generator at the Moore Health Department.
The board also declared more items surplus. Chairman Rusty Sullivan said last week’s county auctions at the fairgrounds and the former jail grossed about $65,000.
