OG&E representative Christina Dukeman reported around 2,100 power outages in Norman from about 6:30 p.m. to just before 9 p.m. on Sunday.
Dukeman said the cause of the outages in Norman were not officially confirmed, but they believe it was probably caused by a bad circuit they have since fixed.

Around 9:30 p.m. the System Watch website showed all power had been restored in Cleveland County.
