Andy Alligator’s seasonal Water Park opening full time Saturday for the summer

NORMAN — Andy Alligator’s Water Park, at Interstate 35 and Indian Hills Road, is now open on weekends and will open full-time Saturday.

This season marks the third summer of Water Park fun for families around the metro. Visitors will enjoy daily specials Monday, Tuesdays and Wednesdays, paired with a variety of promotions all summer long, including the popular Family Friday Slide Nights.

“We are looking forward to another season of providing affordable family fun,” Andy Alligator’s General Manager Kyle Allison said. “We love seeing parents and children enjoying time together and knowing that Andy’s Water Park is a regular summer pastime for them.”

As part of it’s opening day celebration Saturday, Andy Alligator’s will host its first-ever Swamp Stomp, a 1K Fun Run and 5K Run.

The Swamp Stomp is as an obstacle course run to raise money and awareness for the Give Kids the World Foundation.

Registration for events includes a T-shirt, finisher medal, goody bag and free admission to the Water Park that day.

Admission tickets are $15.95 online at andyalligators.com and also are available at the gate. Season passes are available for purchase and are good for all normal operating days, allowing unlimited admission for one pass holder.

Season pass holders also receive a 10 percent discount on all food and beverages, lockers, retail, cabanas and birthday parties.
