Teen missing

NORMAN — Several news media outlets have reported that Norman police are searching for a 17-year-old girl who has been missing since Thursday.

According to family, Kristina Marie Burshik was last seen in Norman getting into a light blue, older model pickup truck believed to belong to 41-year-old Chris Smith on July 4, media outlets reported.

Burshik is 4 feet, 11 inches tall and 100 pounds. She has light brown, shoulder length hair. She was last seen wearing a black, “Prairie Kitchen” T-shirt, black pants and white tennis shoes.

She also has a tattoo of a cherry and stem on her lower hip as well as piercings on her belly button, nose, tongue and ears.

Police see no indication of foul play in the disappearance of the teen, reports state.

Anyone with information on Burshik’s location are asked to call the Norman Police Department at 405-321-1600.
