Felony charges filed earlier this week

The following felonies were filed in Cleveland County District Court:

· Alison Nicole Roberson, 25, Oklahoma City, unlawful possession of a controlled dangerous drug;

· Diamond Star Dixon, 19, Oklahoma City, larceny of merchandise from a retailer;

· Mitchell Reece Stewart, 22, Oklahoma City, possession of stolen motor vehicle and knowingly concealing stolen property;

· Anthony Birney, 32, Oklahoma City, embezzlement and obtaining money by false pretense;

· Jordan Scott Trammell, 25, Norman, two counts of embezzlement;

· Jason Wayne Long, 22, Norman, three counts of identity theft;

· Kendra Elizabeth Nichols, 22, Norman, obtaining controlled dangerous substance by fraud;

· Diana Michele Riner, 37, Norman, embezzlement;

· Humberto Sandoval Martinez Jr., 42, Moore, unlawful possession of a controlled dangerous drug;

· Dalton Davis Betz, 18, Norman, false declaration of ownership in pawn;

· Treven Michael Tynes, 19, Oklahoma City, second-degree burglary;

· Patience Estelle Jackson, 23, Oklahoma City, larceny of merchandise from a retailer;

· Aisha Donaldson, 20, Oklahoma City, unlawful possession of controlled dangerous drugs;

· Justin Ryan Ferree, 22, Moore, unlawful delivery of a controlled dangerous substance, unlawful possession of a controlled dangerous drug and unlawful possession of drug proceeds;

· Marcus Phillip Merritt, 38, Norman, unlawful possession of controlled dangerous drugs;

· Charles Wilbert McMurl, 23, conspiracy to commit a felony and second-degree burglary;

· Jarode Thobyus Virger, 19, Oklahoma City, conspiracy to commit a felony and second-degree burglary;

· Joseph Franklin Maddox, 21, conspiracy to commit a felony and second-degree burglary;

· Nancy Yvonne McCormick, 41, Norman, assault with a deadly weapon;

· Jason Lee Lyons, 30, Norman, unlawful possession of a controlled dangerous drug;

· Cherry Lee Annettee Staring, 41, Moore, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon;

· Jamie Don Morris, 34, Noble, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol;

· Shane Reed Levy, 34, Oklahoma City, unlawful possession of a controlled dangerous substance;

· Jeremy Lee Hutchinson, 27, Norman, unlawful possession of marijuana with intent to distribute and unlawful possession of a controlled dangerous drug;

· William Earl Defreeze, 60, Norman, unlawful possession of controlled drug within 1,000 feet of a school;

· Julia May Woodruff, 37, Moore, unlawful possession of a controlled dangerous drug;

· Patrick Raymon Lee, 36, Rush Springs, second-degree burglary and two counts of false declaration of ownership in pawn.
