Fatality accident victim identified

NORMAN — Norman Police identified the victim of Saturday morning’s crash as Trevon Moore, 25, of Norman.

Police responded to the one-vehicle accident around 3 a.m. Saturday on Tecumseh Road east of 12 Avenue NE. The collision involved a 2009 Hyundai.

Police said the car was traveling eastbound when, for an unknown reason, it exited the roadway and rolled over. During the collision, the unrestrained driver, Moore, was ejected from the vehicle.

No other vehicles or persons were involved in the collision.

The Norman Fire Department and EMSStat also responded to the scene. The collision remains under investigation by the Norman/OU Police Collision Investigation Reconstruction Team.
