Top Dealer for February The Norman Transcript Lisa Paklapati of Sooner Food Mart on Main Street and Porter Avenue was named the top Norman Transcript counter dealer for the month of February. Paklapati was presented with a check for $150 and said she was “very excited” and “liked the contest a lot.” Her selling technique was to offer every customer a Norman Transcript with their purchase.
