Werthmann joined McClain Bank in 2006 as a teller and has worked in several different departments, including customer service, at the bank's main location. Werthmann joined McClain Bank in 2006 as a teller and has worked in several different departments, including customer service, at the bank's main location. In her role as operations manager, Werthmann will be responsible for leading the Noble retail staff and improving overall service levels. Werthmann has been in the banking profession since 1989 when she started as a teller in Kansas. Since that time, she has worked in customer service, new accounts, been a proof operator and has learned the overall workings of the bank. Werthmann lives in Purcell with her husband Matt and son Shelby. Gov. Brad Henry has appointed William R. Foster of Norman to the state's Workers' Compensation Court. Foster is a judicial clerk with the Oklahoma Court of Criminal Appeals. Henry made the appointment from a list of nominees chosen by the state's Judicial Nominating Commission. Lexington resident Mike Starchman recently received acceptance into the Oklahoma Society of Certified Public Accountants. Starchman, a staff member with Crawford -- Associates, PC in Oklahoma City, entered the OSCPA as a fellow member. Norman resident Michael L. Freeman recently received acceptance into the Oklahoma Society of Certified Public Accountants. Freeman, a financial reporting manager with Chickasaw Nation Industries Inc. in Norman entered the OSCPA as a fellow member. Dr. Bill Sparks and Dr. John Sparks of the Sparks Clinic of Norman have been selected to participate with a group of 127 other doctors of chiropractic care from around the nation who also are trained in acupuncture.? They will help develop the weighting system for the newly formed American Board of Chiropractic Acupuncture's Board Certification Exam for Diplomate status.
