NEW: Two file for Moore city council

— Two people have filed for Moore City council, so far, officials with the Cleveland County Election Board said Tuesday.
As of 3 p.m. Tuesday, election board officials said Jason Blair, 31, and Louie D. Williams, 51, both have filed for the city’s Ward 3 Council seat.
Election officials said no one filed for office on Monday. The filing period for the Moore council races ends at 5 p.m. Wednesday.
