Two Norman teens were charged Tuesday with felonies in connection with vehicle burglaries March 10 at a super department store in northwest Norman.
Todd Raymond Elms, 18, and Derek Cole Moss, 18, both were charged with two counts of second-degree burglary. Police said they were able to obtain latent fingerprints off the window of one vehicle, and match the prints to Moss.
