OPAT meeting Tuesday

— Oklahoma Parents As Teachers will host an informational meeting for Norman parents of children up to 36 months old. The meeting is free of charge and will begin at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday at Jefferson Elementary School, 250 N. Cockrel Ave.
The topic will be infant and toddler mental health. The guest speaker will be Kelley Nedbalek, L.C.S.W., Teenage Parenting Director with the Center for Children & Families, Inc. Child care will be provided.
