— The following felonies were filed in Cleveland County District Court:
· Oscar Lagunas, 21, Oklahoma City, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicating liquor;
· Joseph Sterling McEuen III, 27, two counts of uttering a forged instrument;
· Kierston Alexandria Willoby, 20, Norman, possession of lost or mislaid credit card and unlawful possession of controlled dangerous substance;
· Fegan Gillie, 53, Norman, unauthorized use of motor vehicle;
· Robert Allen Madden, 37, Maysville, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol;
· James Keither Carver, 35, McLoud, uttering a forged instrument;
· Kevin Govan, 46, Oklahoma City, second-degree burglary;
· Jerry Lee Handley, 22, Norman, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon;
· Jacob Winterstrom Lackey, 23, Oklahoma City, unlawful delivery of marijuana within 2,000 feet of a park and unlawful possession of marijuana with intent to distribute;
· Delta Dawn Dorris, 35, Moore, larceny of lost property;
· Koda Duncan Kazar, 19, Oklahoma City, identity theft and use of a computer to violate Oklahoma law;
· Thomas Wayne Ferguson, 38, Norman, domestic abuse by strangulation;
· Matthew Scott Johnson, 23, Norman, attempted larceny from a house;
· Patrick Michael Cody, 40, Norman, attempted larceny from a house.
