Driver involved in rollover Saturday improving

The driver injured in a single vehicle rollover accident Saturday afternoon in east Norman has improved and his passenger has been discharged from an area hospital.
According to Norman police, Josh Western was the driver of a Mercedes that was eastbound on Tecumseh Road. The driver reportedly was traveling at a high rate of speed and ran the stop sign at 60th Avenue NE. Western lost control of the vehicle and it flipped.
Western and a passenger, Tracy Wachs, were transported by ambulance to Norman Regional Hospital.
Norman Regional Health Systems spokesperson Kelly Wells said Western was listed in good condition Tuesday afternoon at Norman Regional Hospital. Wachs was discharged from the hospital Sunday.
