Published June 03, 2009 02:09 am - ArtWorks Academy students will bring Disney's "Beauty and the Beast" to life Friday through Sunday at Hillsdale Free Will Baptist College. ArtWorks Academy students ages 6-18 from Norman, Moore, Pauls Valley, Oklahoma City, Washington, Noble, Mustang and Blanchard worked on "Beauty and the Beast" during the spring semester. ArtWorks Academy presents Disney's Beauty and the Beast Transcript Staff ArtWorks Academy students will bring Disney's "Beauty and the Beast" to life Friday through Sunday at Hillsdale Free Will Baptist College.
ArtWorks Academy students ages 6-18 from Norman, Moore, Pauls Valley, Oklahoma City, Washington, Noble, Mustang and Blanchard worked on "Beauty and the Beast" during the spring semester. Students also gained knowledge in the area of technical theater, as they have been assisting with the construction of the set and costumes. Performances will be 7 p.m. Friday, 2 and 7 p.m. Saturday and 2 p.m. Sunday at Hillsdale Free Will Baptist College Theatre, 3701 S. Service Road in Moore. Tickets are $8 to $10 each and may be purchased online at www.ArtWorksAcademy.com. For more information, call 397-1824.
