Felony charges filed

— The following felonies were filed in Cleveland County District Court:
· Charles Louis Gray, 18, Norman, four counts of lewd acts with a child;
· Timothy Dean Loveland, 21, Moore, domestic abuse;
· Gene Allen Klemp, 50, Oklahoma City, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol.
