Brandon Wayne Brown, 33, Norman, was charged with first-degree rape by instrumentation; forcible sodomy and lewd acts with a child.
According to court documents, a 9-year-old girl told authorities she'd been molested over the past two years at a residence in the 2000 block of Cimarron Circle and another residence on Twisted Oaks.
