Charges were filed Tuesday against a second man in the alleged rape of a 16-year-old Norman High School student May 20.

Adam Bernard Jones, 19, was charged with first-degree rape by force and fear, in concert with Jackie Ray Sullivan.

Sullivan, 31, was charged May 22 with first-degree rape by force and fear and forcible sodomy, police said.

The 16-year-old victim initially told police the assailants were unknown black males, and said she was forced into a truck by one of them, driven to an unknown apartment complex and raped in the parking lot by both men.

The next day, the victim admitted she knew Jones, and had arranged to be picked up by him at a local fast food restaurant while on her lunch break from school. Jones arrived as arranged, but Sullivan was with him, she said. Sullivan drove Jones and the victim to Jones' apartment, where Jones and the girl engaged in consensual sex in the bedroom.

Afterwards, Jones and the girl came into the living room and police allege Sullivan forced himself on the girl while Jones held the girl in a bear hug with her arms trapped against her side.

Jones was interviewed by police and scheduled for an additional interview, but allegedly fled to Tulsa, police said. A warrant has been issued for his arrest.
