Firefighters responded Thursday to a house fire in east Norman that caused about $205,000 in damages to an unoccupied house.
Deputy Chief Jim Bailey said firefighters responded at about 2:35 a.m. to the structure fire at 7401 Post Oak Road.
Bailey said investigators have not determined the cause of the fire, listed as "suspicious" in fire reports.
"We call something suspicious if we don't know the cause," Bailey said. "It doesn't necessarily mean it was malintent."
Norman firefighters also provided mutual aid at an apartment fire in Noble, Bailey said.
Firefighters responded at 9 a.m. Sunday to an apartment fire at 901 E. Maguire Road. Damages to the apartment were estimated at $100,000, Bailey said.
Noble Fire Chief Gary Bonner was not available for comment.
